2. Description of Service

SalonBook360 is a cloud-based salon management software provided by Nsisong Labs. The Service includes appointment booking, customer management, sales tracking, inventory management, and reporting features.

3. User Accounts

To use the Service, you must:

• Provide accurate and complete information when creating your account
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Transmit any harmful, threatening, or illegal content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the Service
• Use the Service for any commercial purpose not related to salon management

5. Payment and Billing

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You agree to:

We make no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaim all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property.

In no event shall Nsisong Labs, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Service.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of Nigeria, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
